After that in her time at Brown University she studied acting as well as at Juilliard School, after which she began her acting career. In just two short months after graduating she began her Broadway-based career. Following that, she made her debut in TV and film. Her achievements have been numerous over the course of her career such as four Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards. Her nominations include five Tony Awards, and three Oscar Award nominations.
