Amy Lou Adams, full name Amy Lou Adams (born 20 August 1974, Aviano Italy), American actress. Amy Lou Adams is famous as a naive character who are engaging and relatable. Adams is born in Italy as her father worked with the U.S. military and she lived in Castle Rock Colorado as one of seven kids. Then, in the latter part of 1990s, she began performing professionally and dancing with Boulder's Dinner Theatre and Country Dinner Playhouse. Then, in Minnesota, at a local theater, she was selected to play a role in a mock film documentary on beauty pageants titled Drop Dead Gorgeous. She moved to Los Angeles after making her debut as an innocent, but funny contestant. She also raised Kelly Curtis, Jamie Lee Curtis. Discovered by actress Norma Shearer Leigh secured a contract with MGM and started her career as a film actress during the latter half of 1940s. The actress portrayed Norma in a few popular movies throughout the years, such as Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho from 1960 and Living It Up, a Martin and Lewis film released in 1954.
